Which Google Business Profile agency should a restaurant use?
For a restaurant's Google Business Profile and Maps listing, use a partner who keeps each location accurate and reports calls, direction requests, and bookings as different numbers. At Jay Street Media, we manage the posts, photos, review replies, attributes, menus, reservation links, and the consistency of those details across locations. A good partner leaves the restaurant as an owner on the profile and does not promise a paid lift in the free map ranking.

The job is the live listing, not a one-time cleanup that goes stale the next time the hours change. We publish posts that match what the restaurant is serving or hosting, and we take a post down when that special ends. Photos should show the current room and the current food. Review replies should sound like the restaurant and answer the visit a guest described. Attributes stay on only when they are true.
Menus and reservation links belong in the same routine. The menu link should open the current menu for that address, and the reservation link should open that restaurant, not a sister location. For a group, hours, phone numbers, photos, and holiday closures stay on the location they belong to. Copying one closure onto every address is a miss.
What we keep current
Posts that match this week, removed when the special ends
Current photos of the room and the food
Review replies in the restaurant's voice, with no perk
Attributes that are true
A menu link that opens this location's current menu
A reservation link that opens this location
Hours, photos, and closures kept on the right address
The operator still tells us when the hours or the menu change.
Measure the actions Google already separates, and do not rename them. A call-button click is a click on the call button. A direction request asks for directions. A website click and a reservation-link click are clicks. A completed booking comes from the booking system. Our reporting approach keeps those columns apart, and the profile guide defines each action.

Views mean the listing was seen. They are not reservations.
Read the numbers by location, and against that location's own recent weeks. A new opening, a holiday, or a changed hour belongs in the note next to the line. We do not add profile actions to advertising results until someone has checked that the same guest was not counted twice.
What are the red flags?
Treat these as reasons to keep looking. The partner promises a map position, or says ad spend will lift the organic ranking. Google says you cannot pay for a better local ranking. The monthly note leads with views, or it folds call-button clicks and direction requests into one reservation number. Every location sits on one blended line.
Also stop if the restaurant is not an owner on the profile, if the photos show a different room, or if review replies offer a discount or another perk. A proposal that cannot name who approves an hours change is not ready. We are not the right fit when the only need is a one-time logo or a press placement. We are a fit when the listing has to stay current and each action has to stay in its own column.
What should we ask a profile partner?
Who keeps admin access when a partner manages the profile?
The restaurant should remain an owner on the profile. A partner can make the weekly updates, and the owner should be able to remove that access without losing the listing. Ask who approves an hours change, a menu link, or a photo before it is published.
What should the monthly profile report count?
Count call-button clicks, direction requests, website clicks, and reservation-link clicks as separate actions. A direction request is not a visit, and a call-button click is not a connected call. Completed bookings come from the booking system. We put each location on its own line.
How does a partner keep several locations consistent?
Each address needs its own hours, phone, menu, photos, and reservation link. A closure at one restaurant should not be pasted onto the others. Ask who at the group sends the change and who publishes it. We keep those locations on separate lines so one busy room cannot hide a stale listing.
Can a partner improve organic Maps ranking by paying Google?
No. Google says businesses cannot pay for a better organic local ranking. Ads and the free profile are separate. A partner can keep facts current and reply to reviews. We will not promise a map position, and a posting schedule is not a purchased rank.

Google, local ranking. No way to pay for a better local ranking. Relevance, distance, and popularity.
Tell us which locations are stale and which searches are missing. If you want to partner with us, request an introduction. We do not promise a map position. Scope stays in that conversation.
